    I was looking for

    Posted by Lee-Anne C. on 2020 Dec 3rd

I was looking for a woven pattern to use up some wincyette I bought on sale last year but didn't want something that opened down the front. After a lot of searching and evaluating I decided on these... and they're fantastic! The bottoms went together super fast, and I was slightly worried that the neck on the top was going to be W A Y too large. Once I got the knit on the neck it was perfect, and exactly the right size for my little dude. They're squishy, comfortable, and easy to move in. He loves them! And a super fast sew - I made 3 pairs in an afternoon. Can't recommend them high enough

    For all those times

For all those times you buy the oh-so-adorable flannel with no plan :) These were perfect and fit like a glove. Take the recommendation to measure the waistline of your child and they’ll fit like a glove.

    I made these

I made these go my two boys for light summer jammies. Super quick and easy to follow. Love that you can use so may fabric basis to create these awesome PJs.

In Ontario, Canada lies a large inland lake known as Lake Simcoe.  Called Lake Ouentironk, meaning “Beautiful Waters” by the Huron-Wendat peoples that inhabited the area prior to the middle of the 17th century, this lake and the surrounding land is an important watershed in the highly populated area of south-central Ontario.

Lake Simcoe is one of the world’s largest lakes that will completely freeze over in the winter.  In the summer, it is well-known as a tourist and cottaging destination.

On a personal note, these were the waters where I learned to waterski and sail, and where I remember standing as still as I could on the sandbars so that minnows could nibble on my toes.
